SUQQU is committed to providing the highest quality beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or tested cosmetics cannot be accepted for return unless they are faulty.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer concierge with your order number and reason for return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original SUQQU packaging, ensuring all protective seals and outer cartons are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from your email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
